Include your customer number to every order (You can find this number on your last invoice).

If you are a new customer, you can also order directly from the Online-Catalog. But we will need your full personal data as requested in the order form. Then we assign you a customer number.

When ordering, please keep in mind:

In case an item is not in stock, we will order it automatically, if it is still available. Please indicate on your order if you do not want us to backorder items that are temporaily out of stock. Please note that if you do not want us to backorder out of stock items, we will not reserve them for you once they are back in stock !!

As for shipping and handling charges, we are constantly trying to keep the costs as low as possible. Therefore we usually wait until we can ship more than two items (depending on number of ordered items). Sometimes, however, we need to ship single items because other ordered items will not be available in a short term.

Unfortunately backorders are causing very high expenses for us, so that we cannot send backorders free of postage. We also cannot guarantee to ship all orders complete, there's always the possibility of an item going out of stock very quickly.

1. All prices are quoted in EURO and are including VAT. Our domestic gross prices are equivalent to our net prices for deliveries to foreign countries. We deliver on subject of goods being unsold.
2. We also deliver to foreign countries. Our customers need to pay for the value of the ordered and available items plus for the forwarding expenses. We will inform you of the amount of these expenses in advance by our invoice. All foreign orders have to be paid in advance by International Postal Money Order, IBAN/BAC or PayPal. Please wait for our invoice. Totals below Euro 30,- are subject to a PayPal-fee compensation.

It is not possible to exchange or return any goods unless they have apparent production defects (a broken jewel case is NOT a production defect and therefore not a reason for exchange or return !). All claims to return goods must be voiced within 8 days after reception of the package. Please return any goods to:

3. We do not accept improperly stamped consignments.
4. We dispatch at the risk of the buyer.

• Shipping rates pretty much depends upon the number of goods, where you reside and wich way of delivery you choose. Please see below table. All prices incl. registered airmail !!
